In 1983, Matt Resnik founded Resnik Partners which has grown to be the largest and most highly regarded privately held organization in its field in Colorado. After developing corporate savvy at Fortune 100 company Sears Roebuck in New York and at the company’s headquarters in Chicago, he moved to Colorado and founded Resnik Partners as a career transition/outplacement firm. Four years later, he was one of seven business leaders who combined their organizational strengths in founding Career Partners International, which has grown to become the largest privately-held talent people management organization in the world.
Matt’s expansive knowledge of the business and human resources landscape, along with his expertise in coaching and development of senior leaders and their teams has helped Resnik Partners to become a talent management leader in its own right. Over the years, his list of clients has ranged from new and developing company presidents and international business leaders to political figures, university chancellors, physicians and various thought leaders across the globe. Today, Matt continues to provide executive coaching and utilize his knowledge and skills to make Resnik partners one of the most comprehensive and successful talent management firms of its kind.

Helen Resnik founded the Leadership Development and Executive Coaching practice at Resnik Partners in 1996, and co-led the establishment of a similar practice for all global partners within Career Partners International. Helen’s passion of helping leaders and their teams achieve tangible, sustainable results has been the driving force behind her success in the talent management field. Over the course of her career, she has worked with individuals at all levels, in organizations ranging from Fortune 500 companies to start-ups and not-for-profits, with a list of clients that includes Western Union, First Data Corporation, The Children’s Hospital, and Oppenheimer Funds. Today, executives continue to turn to Helen for her ability to bring knowledge and experience to the most challenging of situations; particularly those where business leadership is crucial to the employer’s organizational success.
