Dave Mullikin  | President and Owner

Mullikin, DaveDave Mullikin has more than 30 years of Fortune 500 business and financial management  experience  bringing  sophisticated business savvy, a consultative selling approach, and a mentoring style of coaching C-­‐suite and senior executives in Leadership Consulting and Executive Outplacement.  He has held a variety of executive positions within the healthcare, finance and consumer goods and services industries and is an active board member in a variety of professional and non-­‐profit organizations.  Most recently, Dave acquired three professional services firms, two in the Denver market and one in Kansas City:  CPI Colorado and CPI Kansas City, providing Leadership Consulting, Executive Coaching, Staffing, and Transition services; and The Institute for Social & Emotional Intelligence providing teaching and global certification in the fields of social and EQ training and coaching. Dave also has a number of entrepreneurial interests in the Kansas City area including real estate, photography, coffee shop, event space, and hospitality operations. (more)


Bart McCoy | VP of Sales and Marketing | Partner

McCoy, Bart resizedBart McCoy heads up Sales and Marketing and is a Partner of CPI-Denver. Bart has spent the last 14 years in Sales/Business Development with nine of those Consulting directly with HR Organizations at large Companies. A Native of Colorado, Bart was raised in Eastern Colorado on the family cattle ranch – an original Homestead Act settlement and Centennial Farm. Bart attended Bellevue University in Omaha, Nebraska and begin his professional career there. Following work at various companies, he transferred to Denver in 2010 where he continued working with his Nebraska and Colorado clients. In Spring of 2014, Bart proudly joined the CPI-Denver Team. Bart resides in Parker, Colorado with his wife and three children. He enjoys spending time with his family, church, business pursuits, music, reading, and the great Colorado outdoors.


Stacie Brungardt | VP Career Transition, Senior Career Coach

Brungardt, Stacie croppedFor the past 14 years, Stacie Brungardt has helped guide a number of candidates through successful career transitions. She has the passion to empower individuals in managing change and developing strategies for personal growth and professional success.  As Vice President of Career Transition at Resnik Partners, she is dedicated to helping candidates regain meaningful employment with proven methodologies through individual consulting and group facilitation. Stacie earned a Bachelor’s of Science in Human Services from Metropolitan State University. She resides in Littleton, Colorado with her husband and young daughter.  Stacie enjoys traveling, baseball, and camping in the beautiful Colorado mountains.


Arianne Nikolaus| Marketing, Administrative & Client Services

Arianne Nikolaus is an engaging and dynamic professional committed to the growth and development of our clients. She is passionate about her career in career transition and leadership development, which she began with CPI working for the Florida Caribbean region before transitioning to the Colorado market. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in English from the University of Central Florida and is fully bilingual in English and Spanish. Arianne resides in the Capitol Hill neighborhood of downtown Denver and enjoys traveling, church, reading and the outdoors.


Deb Wall | Manager of Financial Operations

Deb Wall croppedDeb Wall has been working with successful small companies in the financial reporting, accounting and administrative arena for over 25 years.  Her attention to detail and organization allow her to keep an exemplary set of books and identify issues that help leaders plan for the future.  Deb attended Wichita State University and completed a Bachelors in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting.  In addition to her work with Resnik Partners, Deb is involved with two non-profit organizations, one which helps homeless young people in transition and one that helps mentally challenged individuals find employment.  She resides near the Resnik Partners office with her husband and values time with her two adult daughters and dog Tigger.  Deb also enjoys the mountains, walking, reading, and traveling to new places.


Helen Oesterle Resnik | Senior Executive Coach

Resnik, Helen Helen Oesterle Resnik is an Executive Coach who began her career as a clinician and moved quickly into several leadership roles before joining Resnik Partners and starting the Leadership Development/Executive Coaching facet of the firm.  Helen’s passion and commitment to help leaders excel to become even more successful in their endeavors is evident as she has coached hundreds of leaders in various industries for the past 20 years. She understands the challenge of balancing relationships with achieving tangible results and encourages leaders, through direct and honest feedback, to self-reflect to identify strengths and growth areas. This proven ability paired with her warmth and energy helps leaders rediscover the joy of leadership as she challenges them to reach their fullest potential.  In addition to coaching, Helen and her husband Matt enjoy fine cuisine, hiking, gardening, and traveling.


Annie Moats | Executive Coach

AnnieMoatsAnnie Moats has a blended background which includes executive level leadership and corporate experience to complement her role as a business consultant.  Annie’s “working in the trenches perspective” adds value, empathy and understanding to strengthen her ability to consult with clients and their training needs.  Annie’s corporate experience includes six years of executive level leadership, five years of front line management and five years as a human resource executive.  As a business consultant for over 15 years, Annie has provided training and coaching for a variety of organizations involving communication, management development, team implementation, team building, customer service, leadership, effective communication, change management, staffing, and multiple human resource management issues impacting the work environment. Patricia A. Duane | Career Coach

Pat Duane PhotoPatricia A. Duane is a Career Coach in Colorado Springs, CO.  In addition to her own consulting business, Pat has been providing human resource consulting and career counseling to employees and executives for over 25 years within the high tech industry and through her own human resources consulting business to small and medium businesses. Pat has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Organizational Management from Colorado Christian University and over 30 years of work experience; twenty plus years in Human Resource Management working for companies such as Hewlett Packard Company, Compaq Computer Corporation and Digital Equipment Corporation. Pat was a senior human resource manager for a large services organization managing direct reports across the Americas and providing consulting support to multiple Vice Presidents and Directors. (more)
