Employer Culture Evaluation:

Our Team conducts a structured analysis of cultural elements through qualitative interviews with an organization’s executives, direct team, and employees to determine current cultural elements and desired cultural attributes of any new hire. We provide this data by way of a simple categorical culture profile (SCCP) back to the organization for future use in both hiring and people development initiatives.

High-Performer Assessment & Selection:

Through our proprietary Selection and Assessment methodology, RP Team analyzes an organization or team’s high performers and determines ‘success domains’ that can then be used to benchmark future hires during the selection process or when internally managing talent.

Stakeholder Interview:

Prior to the Resnik Partners’ Talent Acquisition Team taking on a search, we conduct a thorough qualitative discovery process with the hiring manager and stakeholder team to determine the best candidate fit in the following categories: Culture, Skills, Experiences, Compensation, Geography, and Interests.

Job Requisition:

If necessary, the Resnik Partners’ Team will review and rewrite the job requisition to be more accommodating to any specifics learned during the ‘Stakeholder Interview’ process and modify to be more appealing to the specific targeted candidate population.

Post-Hire Support:

  • New Hire Onboarding (Assimilation Coaching): Ensure full integration after hire
  • Post Hire Analysis (90-Day New-Employee Review): Interview with Stakeholder Team 90 days in to ensure long-term success
